Job Responsibilities Work with the operations and business teams to work on key strategic projects and day to day support activities for the appropriate applications. Evaluate and design solutions to improve processes for their respective support areas. Responsible for all facets of the project lifecycle as it pertains to approved projects focusing on delivering projects on time and on budget. Prepare detailed technical specifications for development activities using appropriate programming languages. Development activities including: enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, and reports. Coordinate efforts across all Information Services and Business teams and ensures full communication of project-related work to these teams. Provide primary end user support of the SAP PM modules primarily for the Plant Maintenance and Warehousing business areas, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems as well as performing routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions. Complete SAP PM configurations in an ECC 6.0+ environment to meet business requirements. Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives. Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within functional modules to business users. Collaborate with all other SAP Analysts to support enhancements, including but not limited to BI, MM, PPPI, WM, and FICO. Support Managerial and Operational reports using Business Intelligence tools. Maintain Master Data including but not limited to: Work Centers, Functional Locations, Equipment, BOM, Task List, Maintenance Items and Plans, Measuring Points, Catalog and Codes, Entry Lists. Maintain interfaces between systems where applicable. Ability to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
What You Will Need
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Science, Computer Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biocomputation Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, or closely related, and 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance. The employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Science, Computer Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biocomputation Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, or closely related and 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance

Special Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills and the ability to translate higher level knowledge to others.
- 3 years of experience with the integration of SAP modules or non-SAP applications into the plant maintenance business process (examples include: procurement/supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, PPPI, etc.)
- 3 years of experience in MRO materials planning and procurement process and strategies.
- 3 years of experience with the maintenance order life cycle for planned, unplanned, and preventative work.
- 3 years of experience with the SAP refurbishment process.
- 3 years of experience in debugging ABAP programs.
- 1 year of experience with SAP mobile applications and/or third-party mobile applications that integrate with SAP.
Work Location – Hilmar, CA; Ability to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
Rate of pay – $154,000 to $179,114 per year
