A Typical Day
This position is responsible for executing procurement responsibilities related to MRO supplies, personal protective equipment and maintenance materials. Success in this position is primarily measured by the coordination with our vendors to ensure on time delivery, best in class price and in the right quantities required to support all areas of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, equipment and other categories as assigned.
- Manage and process requisitions from other functional groups.
- Monitors, prepares analysis and reports on KPI’s as identified by team.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service at all support levels.
- Manage the cost, quality, and delivery of material purchased.
- Monitor and communicate order status for categories assigned. Follow-up, track and expedite deliveries as needed.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain team to ensure inventory accuracy.
What You Will Need
- High School diploma and 2 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1 year related experience or Master’s Degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, and ISM CPSM certification
- Experience working with and managing suppliers to ensure cost/quality/delivery expectations are met
Physical Demands & Work Environment
The work is primarily performed in an office environment and the physical demands are characteristic of a mostly sedentary role. Specific details of the essential functions of the position is available in the Job Safety Analysis, made available on request.

5C:Salary Range: USD (65494.0 - 98241.0) ANN
The final compensation offered within this range will depend on factors including the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
