Analyst II - HRMS

A Typical Day

The HRMS Analyst II maintains employee demographic and employment data in the HRMS and assists the People Insights and Analytics Manager with developing reports that provide data driven people insights that drive the organization forward. This position may conduct market research and analysis. Assists with EEO & AAP reporting and annual wage updates. This role is responsible for managing most aspects of employee data within the HRMS to ensure the highest level of data quality, integrity, and security.  Produces both ad hoc and routine reporting to meet business needs.  Additionally, this position will respond to employment/wage verification inquiries and other administrative support duties.

Job Responsibilities

•Provide HRMS support for the HR system (Core HR, Self-Service, Learning, Recruitment, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Reporting, etc.)
•Partner with implementation, configuration, testing and rollout of new modules.
•Generation of scheduled and ad hoc reporting to support business planning and decision making.
•Maintain relevant procedures and standards to ensure consistency.
•HRMS contact for compliance/audit reporting requests
•Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users.
•Research and resolve system issues, unexpected process results or process flaws.
•Recommend, and support system changes and process improvements.
•Performs mass data imports and reports on data discrepancies, proposes solutions and resolves technical problems as needed
•Participate in audit procedures to ensure data integrity between HR and payroll systems
 

What You Will Need

•High School diploma and 4 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a Business field with 1 year related experience or a Master’s degree in a related field of study.
•Excellent multi-tasking, time-management and prioritization skills
•Knowledge of government regulations and compliance standards affecting EEO, and PPI
•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with strong working knowledge of other MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
•Data analysis skills that include data collating, inspection and benchmarking
•Proficiency of database maintenance to include common tables set-up and report writing 
 

What Will Put You Ahead

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field and 3 years related experience. 
•Data analytics skills that include data visualization, data modeling, data mining and statistics.  The ability to take complex data from multiple sources and create business solutions using information. 
•Strong proficiency of HRMS systems to include tables set-up and report writing; knowledge of other related systems (timekeeping and payroll)
•Professional in Human Resources (PHR), CEBS or other related certification
 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The work is primarily performed in an office environment and the physical demands are characteristic of a mostly sedentary role.  Specific details of the essential functions of the position is available in the Job Safety Analysis, made available on request.

5B:Salary Range: USD (68879.0 - 103319.0) ANN

The final compensation offered within this range will depend on factors including the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
